We talked about this for a long time. Unfortunately it took the loss of a close friend to finally act on the idea, but more on that later.
In the beginning we (clearly) had no idea what we were doing when it came to podcasting. Early episodes we recorded using a borrowed 2 channel Alesis mixing board & mics (thanks Doug!) featured interesting seconds of filler transition chat while we manually queued tracks, ran wires to and other logistics on the fly, and otherwise just fucked shit up.
We didn’t care. In other words it was a fucking blast.
As we progressed, we started to take ourselves more seriously
